Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead enterprise architecture and AI-powered workflow transformation.

The role requires a CTA certification and hands-on deployment of Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and related AI capabilities. The candidate will translate AI blueprints into scalable configurations, collaborate on adoption roadmaps, and mentor junior consultants while driving go-live activities.

Qualifications

• CTA certification is mandatory.
• At least 7 years of ServiceNow configuration/implementation.
• Two active CIS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ConnectedOps, CSM and DevOps.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Studio IDE, APIs and ATF.
• Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI and enterprise AI workflows.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• CAD certification is preferred.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect with a strong background in enterprise ServiceNow architecture, platform implementation, and AI-powered workflow transformation. The ideal candidate must hold the ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification and have hands-on experience deploying ServiceNow Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and related AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure ServiceNow Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Task Intelligence, and Document Intelligence.
• Translate AI transformation blueprints into scalable platform configurations, integrations, and workflows.
• Prototype and implement AI use cases aligned with customer business objectives and success metrics.
• Troubleshoot configuration conflicts, data gaps, integrations, and architecture issues affecting AI adoption.
• Collaborate with AI Transformation Architects to execute adoption roadmaps, sprint plans, and go-live activities.
• Conduct customer workshops, technical enablement sessions, and hands-on training.
• Advise customer stakeholders on ServiceNow architecture, AI adoption, platform optimization, and enterprise AI governance.
• Document configurations, implementation outcomes, and best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead technical workstreams.

Required Qualifications:

• 10–14 years of overall professional experience, with at least 7 years of ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Minimum of two active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Connected Operations (ConnectedOps), Customer Service Management (CSM), and DevOps.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Studio IDE, APIs, and Automated Test Framework.
• Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI/ML concepts, and enterprise AI workflows.
• Knowledge of database design, data management, enterprise AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong customer-facing communication, consulting, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and deliver within sprint-based timelines.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
