Job summary

MetroHealth radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team in Cleveland. You will perform CT imaging and support CT-guided procedures such as biopsies and drain placements, while coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

The role emphasizes patient education, attention to safety, and effective communication within a CT team environment. Cross-training opportunities may be available, with a sign-on bonus for external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT (CT credential or within 1 year of employment).
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtained within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Schedule and coordinate radiology patients (inpatients and outpatients).
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Communicate effectively and work well under stress.
