Job summary

Join MetroHealth Radiology as a CT Technologist in the greater Cleveland area. The role supports diverse CT imaging needs with cross-training and collaboration within the CT team. Sign-on bonus applies to external applicants, with shifts including days and evenings.

Responsibilities include producing quality CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, patient education, and coordinating scheduling for inpatients and outpatients within a high-volume trauma and acute care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT (CT credential or obtained within 1 year).
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtained within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across diverse settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures and equipment to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Collaborate with CT staff, nurses, physicians, and other care team members.
