Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to join a high- performing team in Northeast Ohio. The role involves producing CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and coordinating scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

You will educate patients on procedures, demonstrate critical thinking, and communicate effectively under pressure within a supportive CT team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Radiography Certification and CT credential within one year of employment.
• Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT Guided Procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examinations to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication.
• Work well independently and as part of the CT Team.
