Job summary

Connections Healthcare Staffing seeks a CT Technologist I for a large hospital in the Charlotte area. You will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and work within established procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, administering IV contrast when needed, and collaborating with Radiologists. Expect shifts including weeknights and weekend coverage with on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiology.
• Advanced registry in CT within one year of hire.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Examine requests and verify orders; coordinate with Radiologist.
• Identify patients, explain procedures, and document history.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast per protocols; monitor patient condition.
• Operate CT scanners and related equipment with accuracy and safety.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist in invasive procedures as needed.
• Rotate shifts, including call, holidays, and weekends.
