Job summary

Northwest Health is seeking a CT Technologist I to operate CT equipment, produce high-quality diagnostic images, and ensure patient safety and comfort. You will prepare and position patients, maintain equipment, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver timely results in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This part-time evening shift role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) with matching, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical experience acquired through an accredited radiologic sciences program required.
• 2-4 years of experience as a CT Technologist in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment and processing systems to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepares and positions patients appropriately for CT procedures.
• Verifies patient identity and physician orders; screens for contraindications.
• Administers contrast media as ordered and monitors for adverse reactions.
• Explains procedures to patients and provides instructions during and after exams.
• Collaborates with radiologists and healthcare team members.
• Assists with interventional CT procedures and biopsies.
