Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA seeks a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and patient-centered care. You will perform CT procedures, administer contrast as protocol, and ensure safety and comfort while maintaining ALARA principles.

You will document studies in RIS/PACS, verify orders, and support department operations with a collaborative team. The role requires ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, BLS, and at least 1 year of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R certification (Radiography).
• ARRT-CT certification.
• BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and maintain diagnostic image quality.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and maintain ALARA principles.
• Clean and disinfect rooms/equipment; report issues promptly.
• Obtain clinical history, verify orders and patient identifiers before exams.
• Explain procedures and post-care; address questions and reduce patient anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety; provide age-appropriate care.
• Complete documentation and finalize studies in RIS/PACS; manage transfers as needed.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies; restock life-support equipment as required.
• Organize daily workflows to support department flow and regulatory compliance.
