Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA, seeks a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT procedures and contribute to patient-centered imaging services. You will operate radiologic equipment, follow ALARA principles, and ensure safety and comfort for every patient.

The role requires ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, BLS, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. Join a collaborative team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain ALARA standards.
• Prepare and position patients, verify orders and identifiers before exams.
• Explain procedures using AIDET; address patient questions and anxiety.
• Review images for diagnostic quality and complete documentation in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Keep rooms and equipment clean, restocked, and compliant with infection control.
