Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to join a collaborative imaging team. You will perform CT procedures, uphold ALARA principles, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, completion of an accredited radiologic technology program, and ARRT-R/ARRT-CT along with BLS certification, plus at least 1 year of radiology experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and obtain quality diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain ALARA standards.
• Disinfect and maintain rooms/equipment per infection control schedules.
• Obtain clinical history, verify orders and patient identifiers.
• Explain procedures and address patient questions to reduce anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety during visits.
• Complete accurate documentation in RIS/PACS and manage study transfers.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Support department operations and maintain stocked work areas.
