Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and patient-centered care. You will perform CT procedures, adjust techniques to ensure diagnostic images while maintaining safety and comfort for patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and optimize imaging quality.
• Safely operate imaging equipment and maintain ALARA dose.
• Disinfect and prepare rooms/equipment per infection control schedules.
• Verify orders and patient identifiers; ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Explain procedures and prep to patients; address questions and reduce anxiety.
• Assist with contrast administration using proper technique.
• Review images for diagnostic quality and report issues promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation in RIS/PACS and coordinate with supervisors.
