Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia, is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and support a compassionate patient experience. You will operate CT equipment, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

The role requires ARRT CT and Radiography credentials, BLS, and an accredited radiologic program. Experience in radiology and commitment to ALARA principles are essential.

Competenze

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines and capture diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain diagnostic quality with ALARA.
• Infection control: clean, disinfect, and prep rooms/equipment.
• Verify orders, obtain clinical history, and identify two unique patient identifiers.
• Explain procedures using AIDET; address questions and reduce patient anxiety.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety; provide age-appropriate care.
• Administer contrast per protocol; perform venipuncture and sterile technique.
• Position patients and apply markers, shielding, and immobilization as needed.
• Review images for diagnostic acceptability and update studies in RIS/PACS.

Formazione

High School Diploma or equivalent

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

ARRT-R (Radiography) Certification

ARRT-CT – ARRT Computed Tomography Certification

BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association
