Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT examinations, position patients, and ensure radiation safety per ALARA guidelines. You will document results in EMR/PACS and educate patients about procedures.

Collaboration with radiologists and the care team is essential to maintain workflow and patient care. The role requires CT procedure knowledge, strong communication, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Must have CT procedure knowledge and operating experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English, reading/writing proficiency, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT examinations per orders and protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, positioning, and ALARA radiation practices.
• Educate patients about the exam and obtain required consent.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and PACS.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff to ensure order accuracy and patient care.
