AdventHealth Lake Placid is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to perform high-quality examinations and ensure patient safety. You will operate scanners, administer IV contrast, educate patients, and document results in the EMR/PACS.

The role requires strong knowledge of CT safety, proper positioning, and collaboration with radiologists across patient care teams. Florida-based, night shift, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proficient CT procedures and scanners knowledge.
• Follows infection control standards and PPE protocols.
• Maintains accurate documentation in EMR and PACS.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT examinations per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients about exams and minimize table time.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Position patients accurately while maintaining radiation safety (ALARA).
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure appropriate imaging and patient care.
• Document findings and maintain workflow.
