Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or NMTCB program for Nuclear Medicine and CT readiness.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality imaging.
• Ability to explain procedures and obtain two patient identifiers.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and consult Radiologist before exams.
• Identify patients with two identifiers and explain procedures.
• Interviews and reviews medical history and correlates results.
• Perform CT scanning and assist Radiologist/PA during procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety standards and MAR documentation.
• Rotate shifts including call backs, holidays, and weekends.
• Operate radiology computer system and document contrast administration.
• Maintain clean, stocked work areas and assist in emergencies.
