107 The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority in Charlotte, NC is seeking a CT Technologist I for PRN/variable shifts. You will operate CT scanners and associated equipment, prepare patients, administer IV contrast, and collaborate with Radiologists to ensure high-quality examinations.

Minimum qualifications include ARRT certification in Radiology (or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine) and CT registry within one year, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Exhibits knowledge of patient care and safety.
• Demonstrates ability to operate CT equipment competently.
• Familiar with radiology workflow and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners and related equipment.
• Prepare patients and explain procedures.
• Administer IV contrast per protocol and monitor patient condition.
• Review orders with Radiologist and document results.
• Maintain sterile technique and safety standards.
• Assist in emergencies and code blue procedures.
