Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a CT Technologist to support the radiology department in Macon, Georgia. The role involves CT scanning, preparing patients, verifying orders, and correlating clinical history with imaging results to ensure high-quality studies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine and advanced registry from the ARRT in CT within one year of hire required.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Examines requests and verifies orders; refers/discusses with Radiologist.
• Identify patients using two identifiers and prepare them with clear explanations of procedures.
• Review clinical history and EMR data to correlate findings with imaging.
• Perform CT scanning and assist Radiologist/PA during invasive procedures.
