Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a CT Technologist to join our CT Scan department. In this role, you will collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety, aligning with our mission to make hope, healing, and well-being accessible to all. Responsibilities include operating GE equipment, preparing patients, administering IV contrast, patient positioning, providing explanations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position is full-time, working Saturday & Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, and Monday & Tuesday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The CT Technologist will perform high-quality scans, ensure patient comfort and safety, and participate in call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT procedures
• Promote positive relationships with colleagues and patients
• Maintain compliance with educational and health requirements
• Identify, prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed

Requirements

• Vocational School education (required); Associate's Degree (preferred)
• Less than 1 year of radiologic technologist experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Registered Technologist in CT (ARRT) or Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT), with Florida licensure
