Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist for our CT Scan department. As a CT Technologist, you will work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety, aligning with our mission to make hope, healing, and well-being accessible to everyone as an expression of God's love. Responsibilities include operating GE equipment, preparing patients, administering IV contrast, patient positioning, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT procedures.
• Maintain a positive, comforting demeanor with patients and promote good will among staff.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Identify, prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed, following all regulations.

Qualifications

Education: Vocational School required; Associate's Degree preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years radiology experience, less than 1 year radiologic technologist experience, customer service experience, hospital setting experience preferred.

Licenses & Certifications: BCLS, CPR, ARRT (CT), ARRT (Radiologic Technologist), CRT, and Radiologic Technologist license required.
