Join our team as a Lead CT Technologist, Imaging, Baptist Downtown at Baptist Health.

Location: Baptist Downtown, Jacksonville, FL

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 10:00am - 8:30pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead CT Technologist to oversee the CT Scan Department. This patient-facing leadership role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring high-quality imaging, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include operating GE equipment, patient preparation, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee CT procedures, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and supervise staff on the second shift.
• Maintain ACR accreditation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform technical duties including equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Provide excellent patient care and education.
• Handle administrative tasks related to department operations.

Qualifications

• Vocational School education required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years hospital experience; 1-2 years radiology experience.
• Certification and licensure: BCLS, CPR, ARRT in CT, Radiologic Technologist, CRT, Radiologic Technologist license.
