Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Radiology Department. The role involves producing high-quality CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and coordinating scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Cross-training and patient education are emphasized to ensure comfort and understanding of procedures. The position offers cross-training opportunities, a 4x10 schedule (days/evenings), and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT registration.
• CT credential or obtain within one year of employment is required.
• Active Ohio Radiographer license and current BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Schedule and coordinate care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures and equipment to ensure comfort.
