MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department. You will produce quality CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate scheduling for inpatients and outpatients across a busy hospital setting.

The role requires ARRT credentials, Ohio radiographer license, and BLS certification. Cross-training opportunities and a generous sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 are available for external applicants.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program (required).
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (required).
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment (required).
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) (required).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within the probationary period (required).
• One year related experience and ARRT CT certification preferred (optional).

Responsabilidades

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Think critically on the spot and work with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with CT staff, Nurses, Physicians, and other care team members.
