Medical City Dallas is seeking a CT Technologist for a PRN position at our Garland FSED. You will perform CT exams, prepare patients, and ensure radiation safety while collaborating with radiologists on contrast usage.

The role requires ARRT, state licensure, an associate degree, and BCLS within 30 days of start. Join a leading healthcare network that prioritizes patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of start date.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
• This is at our FSED site.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of CAT Scan exam protocols.
• In charge of exam preparations and patient instructions.
• Apply radiation protection methods and shielding as needed.
• Obtain patient history and collaborate with Radiologist on contrast usage.
• Post-process imaging data.
• Assist during invasive procedures to support patient care.
• Assist during codes.
