Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a Radiology CT Technologist to join the CT team in the radiology department. The role involves producing high‑quality CT images, assisting with CT guided procedures, and coordinating scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registered, with CT credential or eligible within one year, and hold an Ohio radiographer license. BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• CT credential through ARRT or eligible within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS certification or eligibility during probation.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
