Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland area is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the radiology team. The role involves performing CT imaging, assisting physicians, and coordinating patient procedures with a focus on safety and comfort.

Requirements include ARRT registration, CT credential or within 1 year, OH radiographer license, and BLS certification. A sign-on bonus is available for external applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and imaging procedures per protocol with accuracy.
• Assist radiologists and nursing staff during CT procedures.
• Educate patients about procedures and maintain comfort and understanding.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Maintain safety and image quality standards in the CT suite.
