Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer I to service CT/MR imaging equipment in the Madison, WI area. The role involves field-based installation, maintenance, and modification of imaging systems at customer sites.

You will deliver timely repairs and training to operators to ensure peak performance and high customer satisfaction, while managing territory finances and assets. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma, technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2+ years of field service experience desired.
• Proficient with tools and service test equipment; able to work solo or in a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography and participate in on-call rotation after training.

Responsibilities

• Service CT/MR imaging equipment in the Madison, WI area; role level based on experience.
• Install, service, maintain and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators for optimal system performance and satisfaction.
• Manage territory financials including revenue, expenses and inventory; handle company assets.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties.
