You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthineers systems at customer sites, ensuring peak performance and high customer satisfaction.

Role requires strong communication, teamwork, and field service experience, with a valid driver's license and the ability to manage inventory and service calls efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Proficient with service test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, torque wrenches).
• 5+ years of electro-mechanical or biomedical field service experience.
• Ability to drive with a valid license and good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and training of operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage inventory, time, and timely service call closure to support financial performance of the territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties accurately.
