Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service MRI, CT and other imaging equipment across the Oregon region from Portland. You will install, maintain and modify systems at customer sites while delivering timely repairs and operator training to ensure peak performance.

In this role you will manage territory financial metrics, protect company assets, and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Service on medical imaging equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers.
• Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
• Willingness to travel and participate in on-call rotation after training and certification.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service MRI, CT and other imaging equipment in the Oregon area.
• Install, service, maintain and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and training of operators.
• Manage territory financial performance, revenue, expenses, and inventory.
• Maintain company assets including car, cell phone, computer, tools, and parts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties.
