Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to service MR/CT imaging equipment in the Orange County and Southern California region. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair systems with minimal supervision, while training operators to maximize performance.

The role requires 3-5+ years as a medical technologist or field service engineer, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. Base pay reflects market ranges with equipment and travel responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience servicing diagnostic instruments in a biomedical/medical imaging environment is required.
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on MR/CT imaging equipment at customer sites.
Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance.
Manage territory budget, expenses and inventory; maintain company assets (car, phone, laptop, tools).
Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers and complete administrative duties accurately.
