Qualifications

• Experience servicing diagnostic medical imaging instruments at customer sites.
• Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships and perform admin duties.
• Experience testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with service test equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.

Responsibilities

• Service imaging equipment in Hershey, PA area; level based on experience.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Provide training to operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage territory financial performance incl. revenue, expenses, inventory.
• Manage company assets including car, phone, computer, tools.
• Maintain business relationships and perform administrative duties.
