Siemens Healthineers in Charleston, SC is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer II to service CT/MR equipment and deliver reliable preventive maintenance. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair systems at customer sites with limited supervision, and train operators for optimal performance.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and hands-on skills with diagnostic imaging devices, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to manage a regional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in tools and service test equipment.
• 5+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in network applications and tools.

Responsibilities

• Service CT/MR equipment in the Charleston, SC area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on medical imaging equipment.
• Provide training to operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage territory budget, expenses and inventory.
• Maintain assets including company car, devices and parts.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and perform administrative duties.
