Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer II to service CT/MI equipment across the Greenville/Spartanburg area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain diagnostic instrumentation with minimal supervision, while delivering timely repairs and operator training.

The role requires strong customer service, tool proficiency, and knowledge of electricity, power, and networking. A technical diploma and driving ability are essential, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
• Proficiency in network applications and tools (including eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• 3+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver's license, ability to drive day and night.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Medical Solution instrumentation.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage territory revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Maintain business relationships with customers and peers and complete admin duties accurately.
