Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer 4 to service, install, troubleshoot, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment in the Knoxville, TN area. You will train operators and ensure optimal system performance while managing assets and territory finances.

The role requires strong customer service, engineering knowledge, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment. A valid driver’s license and safety-compliant driving history are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment; able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in servicing diagnostic medical imaging equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Service imaging equipment in the Knoxville, TN area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Medical Imaging Equipment with minimal supervision.
• Provide training to operators for optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses and inventory.
• Maintain company assets (vehicle, devices, tools, parts) and conduct administrative duties.
