Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Field Engineer to service CT and MI systems in the Hershey, PA area. You will install, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on customer equipment with minimal supervision, while training operators for optimal performance.

The role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency with test equipment, and the ability to manage service resources and relationships across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience as medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Proficient in using service test equipment and tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver effective repairs and operator training to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage assets and relationships, including company car and inventory.
• Maintain administrative duties and meet budgetary targets for territory performance.
