Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in tools and service test equipment; able to work in a team setting.
• Proficiency in network applications and tools (including eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• 7+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Service imaging equipment in Hershey, PA area.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Medical Solution instrumentation.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage territory financial performance and inventory; meet or exceed budget.
• Manage company assets including car, cell phone, computer, tools, and parts.
• Maintain customer relationships and perform administrative duties.
