Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Medical Imaging Field Engineer III to service CT/MR/AX equipment in the Jacksonville, FL region. The role requires installing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining instrumentation onsite with minimal supervision, and mentoring peers.

The successful candidate will manage assets, budgets, and training for operators to ensure peak system performance and customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
• Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• 5+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• You will be servicing CT/MR/AX Equipment in the Jacksonville, FL area.
• Engineer Level based on prior experience.
• You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics instrumentation at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• You will deliver timely and effective repairs and training to operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• You will manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
• Ensure tool/test equipment calibration and expiration dates are tracked; document usage in eFSR.
