Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer II to service CT and MR equipment in the Charleston, SC area. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance with minimal supervision.

You will manage assets, train operators, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting budget targets. A strong background in medical imaging service and customer relations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in tools and service test equipment and ability to work solo or in a team.
• Proficiency in network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Engineer Tools).
• 5+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Service CT/MR equipment in the Charleston, SC area with minimal supervision.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on medical imaging instrumentation.
• Provide timely and effective repairs and training to operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage territory financial performance, including revenue, expenses and inventory, to meet or exceed budget.
• Maintain company assets (car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts).
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers, and perform administrative duties accurately.
