Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer II to service CT/MR equipment in the Charleston, SC area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision at customer sites.

Responsibilities include delivering timely repairs, training operators, managing territory finances, and maintaining assets and relationships. Candidates should have 5+ years in biomedical field service and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Proficiency in tools and service test equipment.
• Proficient in network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM CS website).
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive day and night.

Responsibilities

• Service CT/MR equipment in the Charleston, SC area with minimal supervision.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Siemens Medical instrumentation at customer sites.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators for optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financials: revenue, expenses, and inventory to meet/exceed budget.
• Manage company assets (car, phone, computer, tools, parts) and maintain customer/peer relationships while handling admin duties.
