Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to join the CT team at the MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio. The role involves producing high-quality CT images, supporting CT guided procedures, and coordinating patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

Ideal candidates will be ARRT-registered with CT credential (or willing to obtain within one year), hold an Ohio radiographer license, and have BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist CT guided procedures (biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations).
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication.
• Work well independently and as part of the CT team.
