Job summary

Atrium Health in High Point, NC seeks a CT technologist to perform CT scans, prepare patients, verify orders, and maintain imaging quality in a fast-paced radiology department.

Required ARRT radiology or NMTCB, CT registry within 12 months, and BLS. You will protect patients with radiation safety, collaborate with radiologists, and ensure accurate documentation in the MAR and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized radiologic or nuclear medicine technology program.
• ARRT in Radiology or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine and CT registry within 1 year of hire; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and assist Radiologist/PA during procedures.
• Verify orders, identify patients, and provide explanations of procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety and document contrast use as required.
• Ensure patient care before, during, and after exams; monitor patient condition.
