Job summary

Atrium Health Union in Monroe, NC seeks a CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures per departmental protocols, operate scanners, and manage patient care from prep through post-procedure reporting.

You will verify orders, prepare IV contrast, ensure image quality, and collaborate with Radiologists. Candidates should have ARRT CT certification within one year and CPR, with readiness to rotate shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiology certification or NMTCB Nuclear Medicine with ARRT CT registry within 1 year of hire.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners per departmental protocols and maintain image quality.
• Identify patients, verify orders, and communicate with Radiologist.
• Prepare/ administer IV contrast and document usage.
• Record procedures in MAR and collaborate with Radiologist/PA.
• Rotate shifts, including call back, holidays, and weekends.
