Job summary

Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) in Charlotte, NC seeks a CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures in line with departmental protocols. You will operate CT scanners and related equipment, prepare patients, verify orders, and maintain safety and accuracy throughout exams.

The role requires ARRT in Radiology or NMTCB in Nuclear Medicine with CT registry within one year, and BLS certification. You will collaborate with radiologists and nursing staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examines orders, verifies accuracy, and clarifies discrepancies with the radiologist.
• Identifies and prepares patients; explains procedures and documents pertinent data.
• Performs CT scanning, assists radiologist/PA during invasive procedures, and ensures image quality.
