Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist in Cleveland, OH to produce high-quality CT images and assist with CT-guided procedures for trauma, stroke, and cancer patients. You will coordinate patient flow for inpatients and outpatients and educate patients about procedures and equipment.

The role requires ARRT certification, an Ohio radiographer license, and AHA BLS. Offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or within probation period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• On-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication under stress.
• Collaborate with CT staff, nurses, physicians and other care team members.
