Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Radiology Department in Ohio. You will produce high-quality CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate scheduling for inpatient and outpatient imaging.

The role requires ARRT registration and Ohio licensure, with CT credential within one year. You will work across trauma and acute care settings, collaborating with nurses, physicians, and therapists to deliver patient-centered imaging services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in various settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examinations.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking.
• Communicate effectively and work well under stress, both independently and with the CT team.
