MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Radiology Department. You will perform computed tomography imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and help maintain high-quality patient care in a busy trauma and stroke center.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification, and Ohio Radiographer license. A CT credential within a year is required, with BLS as a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the probationary period.

Responsabilités

• Perform CT imaging to diagnose a range of conditions.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and workflow for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and what to expect.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and maintain composure under stress.
• Collaborate with CT staff, nurses, physicians, and other care team members.
