Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to join a busy department in Parma Heights. You will acquire high-quality CT images and assist with CT-guided procedures while collaborating with nurses, physicians, and other radiology staff.

The role requires ARRT CT credential (or within 1 year), Ohio Radiographer license, and BLS certification. Cross-training and a supportive environment are emphasized to ensure patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH) is required.
• AHA BLS certification (or obtain within probation period).

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across neuro, MSK, abdominothoracic and cardiac exams.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment, and what to expect to ease anxiety.
