Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline.
• North Carolina license or license-eligible in NC (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, etc.).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community-based behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and direct clinical services.
• Lead and coordinate CST services and team activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor PCPs (Person-Centered Plans).
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to CST staff.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and ensure service quality and outcomes.
