Job summary

ncgCARE is seeking a full-time Community Support Team (CST) Professional Team Lead to deliver community-based therapy and case management for adults with serious mental health challenges. You’ll empower clients to function and reach goals within the community.

Responsibilities include assessments, individual/family therapy, treatment planning, and coordinating benefits and services. Supervisory duties may apply; licensure and EMR use are preferred.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree from an accredited university in Counseling or a related field.
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in North Carolina.
• Minimum two years of experience with mental/behavioral health issues.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
