Qualifications

• Current, active North Carolina clinical license appropriate to the position (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT).
• Experience in behavioral health or community-based services is preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent clinical documentation and regulatory compliance abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and guidance to CST team members.
• Coordinate team activities, staffing coverage, and service delivery schedules.
• Lead case consultations, supervision, and reviews to address client progress and barriers.
• Ensure documentation supports medical necessity, authorization, and billing requirements.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training and professional development.
