Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our Community Support Team to provide clinical leadership and supervision to clinicians serving adults with mental health needs in North Carolina.

The CST Team Lead conducts assessments, oversees implementation of person-centered plans, and ensures quality interventions while supervising team members. Licensure as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT in NC is required.

Qualifications

• Required clinical supervision and leadership experience.
• Experience providing community-based mental health services.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and MI.

Responsibilities
