Job summary

TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services is seeking a licensed or associate-licensed clinician to serve as the CST Clinical Team Lead in the Charlotte region. This role emphasizes clinical leadership, team development, and Medicaid services within a hybrid field and administrative structure.

You will work with an integrated team and receive support from agency leadership, intake, billing, compliance, and administrative staff to focus on quality client care and team success.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina behavioral health license or eligible.
• Experience with adults with behavioral health needs preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to CST members.
• Coordinate assessments, treatment planning, and clinical recommendations.
• Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
• Lead regular team meetings, case reviews, and service planning.
• Support clinical decision-making for complex cases and milestones.
